If you have set your dates of travel, your broker or agent will inform you on availability and then proceed to secure the yacht for your charter. Having selected a cruising area, work out the most prudent itinerary together. They will arrange for hotel bookings, if necessary, transfers and your specific dining and bar requirements. After sorting out the details of your cruise, we will prepare a contract for signature and you shall then forward a deposit payment to confirm the charter. Don’t delay. BOOKING PROCEDURE

As soon as you decide to charter one of our boats in Greece, you should initially notify by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter, us with the following information: 

1. The number of people on board 

2. The preferable type and length of yacht

3. The accurate period of chartering

4. The location of delivery and re-delivery of the boat.

Early booking will help to guarantee the yacht of your choice. In case of the boat you chose is not available, we will forward an alternative that suit your requirements - comparable to your initial choice.
Should you conclude to collaborate with us, our company will answer you immediately and send you a charter contract agreement form which you will have to sign and send us by e-mail.
After the agreement form will have been returned signed, you ought to pay in advance 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% is payable a month before the beginning of the charter.
